In the 2016 season the apartment is occupied
1. Prices apply when renting apartment for period of not less than 7 days.
At shorter term lease will be charged surcharge 10 € per day of stay.
2. Prices apply with number of guests up to two people.
For each additional person, including child, will be charged 10 € per day.
3. Electricity costs are included in rental price of apartment at rate of average of consumption of 10 kW per day.
Each overdrawn kW to be paid at price of 0,25 €.
4. Payment for washing and ironing per set linen and towels: 5 €.
5. Payment for general cleaning of apartment: 40 €.
6. Deposit for damage of property or other items: 100 €.
7. Smoking in apartment is not allowed.
8. Payment for stay in apartment with pets: 10 € per day per animal.
9. House and apartment are available for people with disabilities.
10. Shipping cost to apartment of one extra camp-cot or child crib is 20 €.

Apartment is on 5th floor of 6-story house with elevator.
Apartment hat 4 sleeping places for adults and 2 sleeping places for children under the age of 10 years + place for camp-cot and child crib.

• In living room: 2 sofas (for two children), 2 armchairs, coffee table, night table with TV.
• One bedroom has 2 large beds which, if desired, can be placed next.
In this bedroom there is a space for the camp-cot and for cot.
• Second bedroom has double bed.
• In kitchen: refrigerator, electric stove and sink is installed, there is tableware.
Apartment is located at the corner part of the house.
• Two bedrooms are located on the side of house, which is located on beach promenade.
• Living room and kitchen are located on the side of the house, which is located on the side pedestrian street (perpendicular to the beach promenade).
• From all rooms and kitchen there is access to large corner balcony, which is located along the entire apartment. From this balcony offers stunning views of the sea. From here you can enjoy the sunset in the evening, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner.

House is located in central part of promenade of resort town of Loutraki.
To beach you can go directly in swimsuit or in swimming trunks (without outerwear).
Near house there are many bars and cafes (in city of more than 40), restaurants, taverns and pizza (in city of more than 30).
Most of them provide sunbeds and umbrellas at no charge on beach.
Waiters regularly offer variety of drinks, ice cream and snacks.
