Description
Design project of the apartment is designed in an American style.
• In the room: double bed, sofa bed (for 2 people), table, chairs, wardrobe, bedside table, TV, air conditioner.
From the room there is access to the land plot with an area of 25 m2.
• In the kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, electric extractor hood, electric kettle.
• On the terrace: table, chairs.
On the terrace it is possible to have a breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• On the land plot: flowers and trees.
From the terrace and land plot there are a road to the beach (distance: only 40 m!).

The house is located near the beach promenade of resort town of Loutraki
The proximity to the sea allows it possible to go to the beach from the house in a bathing suit or swimming trunks without outerwear.
On the beautiful beach promenade there are many bars and cafes (in the city of more than 40),
restaurants, taverns and pizzerias (in the city of more than 30).
Most of them provide sun loungers and sun umbrellas at no charge on the beach.
The waiters offer a hot and cold drinks, fruit and vegetable salads, snacks and ice cream.
