The house is located of the beach promenade of resort town Loutraki
The proximity to the sea allows you to leave the entrance of the house to the beach in a bathing suit or swimming trunks without outerwear.

restaurants, taverns and pizzerias (in the city of more than 30).
Most of them provide sun beds and sun umbrellas at no charge on beach.
