Description

From the living room there is an access to a large loggia with a sweeping views of sea and mountains.

electric coffee maker.
• In the bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioner.
• In the second bedroom: double bed, TV.
The bedrooms are separated by a partition (see photo).
Both bedrooms share a common place, in which there is a dressing table with mirror and wardrobes.
From this part of the bedrooms is an access to the loggia with a view of the city.

The house is located on the beach promenade of resort town of Loutraki
The proximity to the sea allows it possible to go to the beach from the house in a bathing suit or swimming trunks without outerwear.
On the beautiful beach promenade there are many bars and cafes (in the city of more than 40),
restaurants, taverns and pizzerias (in the city of more than 30).
Most of them provide sun loungers and sun umbrellas at no charge on the beach.
The waiters offer a hot and cold drinks, fruit and vegetable salads, snacks and ice cream.
