1. The prices apply when renting more 7 days. At the shorter term lease: a surcharge of 10 € per day.

Location
The house is located near the beach promenade of the resort town of Loutraki.
On the beautiful beach promenade there are many bars and cafes (in the city of more than 40),
restaurants, taverns and pizzerias (in the city of more than 30).
Most of them provide sun beds and sun umbrellas at no charge on beach.
The waiters offer a hot and cold drinks, fruit and vegetable salads, snacks and ice cream.

• Beach promenade and the beach: 70 m.
To the beach it is possible to go in a bathing suit or in swimming trunks (without outerwear!).
• City center: 1 km.
In the city center there are supermarkets, meat, fish and vegetable shops, pastry shops and bakeries,
boutiques and souvenir shops.
• Street markets that are held in Loutraki on Wednesdays and Saturdays: 800m and 1 km.
On the street markets it is possible to buy fresh fruits and vegetables, fish and seafood.
• Entertainment complex «Casino Loutraki» with a largest casino in Europe, bars, restaurants, boutiques,
SPA center, business center, swimming pools, beach: 500 m.
• Beach bars with outdoor swimming pools, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, showers: 550 m.
• Nightclubs and discotheques: 600 m.
• Medical, thermal, hydrotherapy, natural SPA center: 1,5 km.
